Advanced Sanitation Technology

Our RoboBurger units exemplify cutting-edge cleanliness with self-maintenance features that uphold the highest standards in food safety:

  • Daily Cleaning Routines: Each unit is equipped with its own water tanks (with optional direct plumbing connections), a water heater, and a comprehensive cleaning system. Every day, at a pre-scheduled time, the unit performs the following tasks:

    • Cleans all cooking surfaces and food-contact areas using hot water, soap, and a multi-quat sanitizer.

    • Every four hours, the unit conducts a heat sanitation cycle on all cooking surfaces to eliminate pathogens effectively.
